Its shareholders have long experience in pharmaceutical business & manufacturing

China Associate (Group) Co., Ltd. which is located in Guang Shen Building, Shennan Road East, Shenzhen, 518002, is a diversified enterprise engaged in pharmaceutical manufacturing and trading business. It was initially established as a joint venture by 78 major Chinese pharmaceutical factories and it still counts 48 factories as its share holders. This company has more than 20 years of business relationship with the pharmaceutical companies of most African countries including Ethiopia. The company has more than 20 subsidiaries distributed over China. The Group principally develops, manufactures and markets bulk pharmaceuticals, and pharmaceuticals finished products, herbal medicines, nutrition products, sanitary materials, medical devices, packaging materials, industrial chemicals as well as pharmaceutical and food process equipment to international and domestic markets.

Dandong Jinwan (Group) Co., Ltd., which is located in Hamatag street, Dandong, Liaoning, is a diversified enterprise engaged in the production of Empty Hard Gelatin Capsules and manufacturing of equipment for capsules production.

Zaf pharmaceuticals plc which is located in Bole Subcity, Addis Ababa Ethiopia is dealing with the import and distribution of Pharmaceuticals under various Pharmacological categories from various manufacturers in Europe, Asia and other countries. In view of diversification on products, the company also holds a high market share from the distribution of medical supplies/devices and equipment to Pharmacies, hospitals, health centers and Veterinary clinics throughout the country.
